Welcome to Epicoanagagets. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of epicoanagagets.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

We are a retailer and not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Product names, brands and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colours and specifications accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product information is provided in good faith, but we do not guarantee that it is entirely error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout through Shopify Tax, where relevant to your location.
  • Customers outside the UK may be responsible for import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.

5. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch your goods. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to deliver. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • We ship to all countries, using our fulfilment partner Zendrop and its carriers.
  • Economy shipping (orders $0.00 – $349.00): $15.00, estimated delivery 7–21 business days.
  • Free standard shipping (orders $350.00 and over): estimated delivery 7–21 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please check your address carefully, as we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, whether defective or not, with no restocking fee. We accept exchanges, and approved refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping is free to the UK for defective or incorrect items and is the customer’s responsibility in all other cases. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Product use and safety

You are responsible for using products safely and in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and any warnings supplied. Please check that a product is suitable for your needs and local regulations (such as electrical standards) before ordering.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
  • Introduce viruses or harmful code
  • Scrape, copy or resell our content or data without permission
  • Interfere with other users’ use of the Site

11. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

12. Third-party services and links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and use third-party services (including Shopify, payment providers and Zendrop). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Manufacturers’ warranties (where provided) are between you and the manufacturer.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of business, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

15. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or equivalent laws in your country.

16. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier or supplier delays, war, or government restrictions.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere you may also have the right to bring claims in your local courts.
